HI has a secured whistleblowing mechanism called EthicsPoint. It allows reporting allegations of misconduct within our organization or with our operating partners. It is compliant with the legal obligations relating to data protection in force in the European Union, the United States and Switzerland.
Caution, this whistleblowing mechanism should not be used to submit, reactivate or track job applications. No follow-up will be given to this type of request.

Report a fraud, a theft, a data breach, a sexual harrassment, abuse or exploitation, a discriminatory act, a child abuse, a bullying or professional harrassment.
If the country reported is not present in the form, please select a geographical area from the drop-down menu such as:
- "Other Middle- East" Syrian crisis and countries without an HI office in the area.
- "Other Central America" includes Cuba and other neighboring countries.
- "Other Eastern Europe" includes countries bordering Ukraine
- "Other East African country " includes Sudan and other neighbouring countries

- Disagreements on recruitment process or non-renewal of contract
- Disagreements over an annual assessment procedure
- Disagreements over contractual decisions or sanctions
Please address your complaint to the HR Manager or HI Director in the country concerned or to the staff representatives who will be there to assist you.
